Coviry’s high-performance mobile and fixed crushing equipment has been engineered for reliability, mobility and throughput in tough Australian mining conditions.

Australia’s mining sector needs equipment that’s tough and engineered for high performance across rugged terrain and demanding site conditions. Coviry delivers exactly that; proven crushing and screening systems now available to meet the operational needs of local miners.

Coviry’s complete portfolio of mobile and fixed plant crushing systems is engineered to optimise uptime, boost productivity and reduce total cost of ownership. With more than 3000 units produced and 150,000m² of manufacturing infrastructure, Coviry’s equipment has already proven its value across Asia, Africa and South America.

Now it’s Australia’s turn.

According to Coviry general manager Andrew Hird, true mobility is“about agility”.

“Our equipment is designed to help miners, quarry operators and recyclers adapt fast, reduce downtime and keep production moving,” he said.

Whether opening a new pit, managing satellite operations or streamlining a mobile mining campaign, operators need plant that can go where the work is – fast.

Coviry’s mobile crushers and screens are purpose-built to be relocated quickly, deployed easily and run efficiently. Options exist for stand-alone diesel-electric for remote sites, while hybrid units with diesel engines featuring supplementary site-power connections are available.

Coviry provides complete mobile crushing and screening trains, designed to suit any mine, quarry, or construction and demolition (C&D) recycling site, processing feed to final sellable product.

The CM Series combines proven fixed-plant crusher and screen designs with a rugged, track-mounted chassis, giving operators reliable performance with the flexibility to relocate units quickly.

CMJ Series – Mobile Jaw Crushers

The CMJ Series is Coviry’s heavy-duty mobile jaw crusher, built for reliable primary crushing across iron ore, copper, gold, aggregates and recycling. Its tracked undercarriage and remote-control operation enable single-operator deployment and repositioning, while reinforced frames and wear-resistant liners minimise downtime and maintenance.

CMC Series – Mobile Cone Crushers

The CMC Series, leveraging Coviry’s start-of-the-art CMM multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, delivers efficient secondary and tertiary crushing for abrasive and hard rock. Designed with an optional built-in scalping screen to maximise throughput and reduce wear, it produces cubical, spec-grade output suited to concrete and construction applications. Remote-controlled mobility helps to ensure quick repositioning and operational flexibility

CMS Series – Scalper

The CMS Series Scalper is built for reliable pre-screening (scalping/reclaiming) in demanding conditions. Its rugged crawler-mounted chassis allows rapid deployment on sites with difficult access, making it an ideal choice for operations that require mobility and durability in challenging terrain.

CMS Series – Mobile Screens

The CMS Series delivers flexible final classification, capable of producing multiple finished products in a single pass. Its rapid set-up, folding conveyors and safe mesh changeovers give operators the agility to adjust output as demands change, whether integrated into a full train or used as a stand-alone unit.

Fixed plant that is built to stay

“Coviry’s fixed plant crushers and screens, sand-making and ancillary systems are designed for continuous duty, with capacities up to 3500tph [tonnes per hour],” Hird said.

“Robust construction and modular configurations ensure consistent output and ease of maintenance in long-term operations.”

For operations with long-term horizons or high-capacity demands, Coviry offers a full suite of fixed plant solutions, from primary breakage through to classification and dewatering. All equipment is backed by robust design, modular configuration options and a focus on maintainability and local support.

“Coviry’s EPC model takes the complexity out of crushing projects,” Hird said. “One team, one system, one seamless handover.”

Coviry doesn’t just build machines; it builds entire plants. With a proven record of turnkey solutions across Asia, Africa and South America, Coviry’s EPC model is now available in Australia via Gradient Services.

From early-stage design and simulation to civil works, mechanical installation, electrical integration and start-up, the EPC offering helps to simplify project execution. It is designed to ensure cohesive system performance, faster time to production, and reduced coordination risk across suppliers.

Now adapted for Australian standards, safety requirements and environmental expectations, this model enables miners to build with confidence and operate at full potential.

“Successful operations depend on uptime, throughput and local service,” Hird said. “Coviry delivers all three, supported in Australia by Gradient Services’ on-the-ground installation, parts and performance expertise.”

Whether a miner needs track-mounted mobility or a long-term production facility, Coviry Pacific offers a scalable, reliable and cost-effective solution..

Coviry/Gradient Services will be exhibiting at booth G124 at the WA Mining Conference and Exhibition to be held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre from October 8–9.
