Rittal, a world leader in industrial enclosures, have advanced their compact enclosure design and manufacturing expertise to produce a series of sloped roof enclosures for the mining and petrochemical industries.

Specifically designed for harsh outdoor environments, Rittal’s RiMine range of enclosures are built to withstand the most rugged conditions and provide high levels of protection against the elements.

The IP66-rated and tested enclosures, constructed of 316L stainless steel, are available in two finishes – brushed stainless steel and RAL 2000 orange powder coat.

The enclosures feature an extended sloped roof overhang for improved weather protection.

The enclosure doors, which open to 180°, reveal large openings and wide mounting plates that facilitate installation and maintenance of internal electrical components. A three-point locking system and pad-lockable handle are included for added security.

The RAL 2000 orange models are enhanced with additional features including white painted depth-adjustable mounting plate, a door-stay and document holder.

Product Manager – Industrial Enclosures and Climate Control, Peter Kellner, said, “As a leading, global provider of enclosure technology, Rittal continues to innovate in this dynamic and challenging technology area while demonstrating a continued commitment to invest in solutions tailored for local market conditions.

“The RiMine range offers Australian organisations superior features at a competitive price point.”
