After a trailblazing year of action against workplace sexual harassment in the resources and energy industry, AREEA has released a new National Workplace Sexual Harassment Campaign, offering a wide array of practical materials to be deployed within workplaces.
“That’s why I speak up!” is a behaviour awareness campaign on sexual harassment for the broad use of resources and energy employers, featuring customisable posters, email signatures, static and digital adverts and more.
The campaign has been developed under the guidance and support of AREEA’s National Industry Taskforce on Workplace Sexual Harassment, comprising 16 resources and energy employer representatives who have collaborated throughout 2022 in a mission to drive meaningful change.
AREEA and its Taskforce encourage businesses to register for campaign packs and consider how it could support and enhance the initiatives and programs already underway on this critically important issue.
